1) DON’T HOLD YOURSELF BACK!
There are times we can hold ourselves back, by making excuses, procrastination for not moving forward, some of these difficulties can include negative thought patterns, current difficulties, and past experiences the key is to turn a ‘can’t do’ mentality, into ‘I can do’.
2) LISTEN TO YOUR INNER GUIDANCE (that little voice within)
If you allow yourself to be still for a moment to truly comprehend what that little voice is trying to tell you, for a majority the logic part of the brain can be more dominant, take time to listen to what that little voice within is truly aspiring you to do, train your mind to hear it, trust your gut instincts.
3) KEEP YOUR GOAL/S IN YOUR MIND
By visualizing your goal putting yourself in the position of actually feeling it, you can transpire your vision into your reality, also recognize the little gifts, opportunities that the universe gives you, we all have a Desire, utilize the energy of this desire to drive you forward, always with mindfulness, love, vision and purpose, believing that you already have it
