Finding your Joy

Responsibilities, Responsibilities, Life, Life, Life, every day there is something to do, commitments to adhere to, things to do, people to see, appointments to keep.   Sometimes it can all get a little time consuming and before you know it the day has gone.  Its important to make time for Fun, Creativity and expression in another form, I woke up thinking about Joy this morning and then I thought I would blog about it, and think about ways in which we can find joy in our day?

The power of laughter is such a wonderful thing, I always try to ensure that I find something to laugh about even when things are really busy, or a lot going on, there is nothing more powerful, sweeter and good for you than a good belly laugh.

Surround yourself with positive things, positive people and things that really do uplift your spirit, for it is essential.  In this life we need balance, especially in a life where a majority of the time we are either in paid employment, studying or working towards some goal or another, so today I urge you to think about how you find your Joy, your laughter, your space to have a really good laugh, humor is so uplifting, healing and essential, as is a balance between work and play.

Enjoy your day, filled with laughter, giggles, oh and don’t forget to embrace your inner child, quite often when we become adults we forget that in each of us there is still a little inner child that knows how to play.

I have not seen anyone dying of laughter, but I know millions who are dying because they are not laughing. – Dr. Madan Kataria
